Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

The minimum deposit at j1888 is Rs 200. Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your j1888 wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits (IBFT) may take up to a few hours depending on your bank. j1888 does not charge any fees on deposits. If your payment provider charges a transaction fee, that fee is your responsibility. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Withdrawals at j1888 are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to a few hours. j1888 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. j1888 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals may be delayed or declined in the following circumstances: identity verification has not been completed; bonus wagering requirements have not been met; j1888 has reason to suspect fraudulent activity; the withdrawal amount exceeds the player's available verified balance; or the account is under investigation for a breach of these Terms. j1888 will communicate the reason for any withdrawal delay to the player as promptly as possible.

A bet is not confirmed until j1888 displays a confirmation and a unique bet reference number. j1888 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion — including bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from technical errors, obvious pricing mistakes, or where j1888 has reason to suspect match manipulation or irregular betting patterns. Where a bet is voided due to an error, the stake is returned to the player's account.
All PSL and cricket bets at j1888 are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL and domestic matches, the ICC for international fixtures. For esports, results are based on official tournament operator announcements. Bets on markets not explicitly listed as excluded from settlement are settled on the full-time result unless otherwise specified.
If a match is abandoned before reaching a result-qualifying point (e.g., fewer than the minimum required overs in a cricket match), all bets on that match are voided and stakes returned. If a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern result is declared, bets are settled on the official DLS outcome. Live bets that were settled before the suspension of play stand unless j1888 determines otherwise in consultation with its data providers.
If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must contact j1888 customer support within 72 hours of the bet being settled. Disputes submitted after this window may not be reviewed. j1888's decision on all settled bets is final once the dispute review process has been completed.
Crash games at j1888 — including Aviator, JetX, Mines, Plinko, Spaceman, and Classic Crash — operate on a provably fair system. The crash point for each round is determined cryptographically before the round begins and cannot be altered after player bets are accepted. The server seed hash for the next round is published in advance, allowing players to verify results independently.
